Fitness Class Descriptions:

Cardio Sculpt

The Cardio Sculpt class combines basic aerobic moves and strength training into one power packed workout! Intervals of intensity & speed to increase aerobic endurance, followed by multiple muscle moves incorporating the use of light weights, tubing and medicine balls to sculpt the body. This class can be enjoyed by beginners and advanced alike. *Three levels are taught – basic, intermediate & advanced, you work at your level! This class also includes "floor time" toning!

Senior Fitness (Group Exercise)

Specifically designed for seniors! Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.

Not only is Silver Sneakers a great motivator to keep moving, it's a great opportunity to meet new people!
