Fitness Class Descriptions:

Cardio Sculpt

The class incorporates low-impact aerobics with intervals of weight training along with Core/Pilates' training. Class length is 1 hour.


Certified SilverSneaker instructor, Heidi Koch, will be offering three, 8-week sessions begin January 8th through February 26th.

9:00 SilverSneaker Boom Muscle

This class will move you through muscle conditioning blocks and actiivty specific drills to improve strength and functional skill. Class length is 1/2 hour.

9:45 SilverSneaker Boom Move
This class is a fun dance inspired workout to improve cardio fitness with easy to follow moves set to energizing music. Class length is 1/2 hour.

10:30 SilverSneaker Classic
Improve muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used or seated exercises and standing support. Class can be modified depending on fitness level. Class length is 1 hour.
